Majlis ini diadakan bagi meraikan Tuan Amir Ezzat Bin Ismail sebagai Tuan Setiausaha Majlis Daerah Yan yang baharu dan meraikan Tuan Mohd Akmal Bin Azimi yang telah bertukar sebagai Ketua Penolong Pegawai Daerah (Pembangunan) Sik.<br><br>Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan doa yang dipimpin oleh Ustaz Abd Rois bin Hamzah, Ahli Majlis MDY serta disusuli dengan ucapan aluan oleh Pegawai Daerah Yan \/ Merangkap Yang Dipertua Majlis Daerah Yan, Puan Hajah Maznim binti Ismail, AMK., BCK.<br><br>Seterusnya, majlis menjemput tetamu yang diraikan iaitu Tuan Mohd Akmal Bin Azimi untuk menyampaikan ucapan perpisahan. Majlis seterusnya adalah sesi Serah Tugas Tuan Mohd Akmal Bin Azimi kepada Tuan Amir Ezzat Bin Ismail sebagai Setiausaha Majlis Daerah Yan dan disaksikan oleh Yang Dipertua Majlis Daerah Yan. Majlis diteruskan dengan tayangan montaj serta penyampaian cenderakenangan kepada Tuan Mohd Akmal bin Azimi daripada Majlis Daerah Yan, Ahli Majlis MDY dan Kelab Sukan dan Rekreasi MDY.
