{"id":112461,"date":"2025-08-03T16:40:40","date_gmt":"2025-08-03T08:40:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pbt.kedah.gov.my\/?p=112461"},"modified":"2025-08-03T16:40:52","modified_gmt":"2025-08-03T08:40:52","slug":"tarikh-akhir-bayaran-cukai-pintu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pbt.kedah.gov.my\/index.php\/2025\/08\/03\/tarikh-akhir-bayaran-cukai-pintu\/","title":{"rendered":"Tarikh Akhir Bayaran Cukai Pintu"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-89560178e6ae1626b35fd0a9e9c726f3\" style=\"color:#333399\"><strong>PEMAKLUMAN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MAKLUMAN: <strong>TARIKH AKHIR BAYARAN CUKAI PINTU<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a><\/a>Kepada semua pelanggan Majlis Perbandaran Sungai Petani Kedah yang dihormati, dimaklumkan bahawa tarikh akhir bayaran cukai pintu bagi setiap tahun adalah seperti berikut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tf3\/1\/16\/1f539.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd39\"> Penggal Pertama (Januari \u2013 Jun) : <strong>Tarikh akhir bayaran ialah 28\/29 Februari<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tf3\/1\/16\/1f539.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd39\"> Penggal Kedua (Julai \u2013 Disember) : <strong>Tarikh akhir bayaran ialah 31 Ogos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sekiranya bayaran cukai pintu tidak dijelaskan dalam tempoh yang ditetapkan, Fi Borang E sebanyak RM20.00 akan dikenakan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Namun, permohonan pengurangan Fi Borang E boleh dibuat tertakluk kepada syarat-syarat berikut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tc\/1\/16\/1f449_1f3fb.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffb\"> <strong>Pemilik berdaftar harta (atas nama sendiri)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tc\/1\/16\/1f449_1f3fb.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffb\"> <strong>Tunggakan cukai pintu telah dikeluarkan Fi Borang E<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tc\/1\/16\/1f449_1f3fb.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffb\"><strong> Tiada ansuran tertunggak (jika pernah diberi jadual ansuran)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tc\/1\/16\/1f449_1f3fb.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffb\"> <strong>Tempoh kelulusan (7 hari bekerja)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayuh warga Sungai Petani <img decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\u203c\ufe0f\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t77\/1\/16\/203c.png\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jangan tunggu saat akhir!!
