Dato\u2019 Haji Elmi bin Yusoff, Yang Dipertua Majlis Perbandaran Kulim Kedah (MPKK) atas kejayaan merangkul Naib Johan Anugerah Kepimpinan PBT Terbaik (Perbandaran), sempena Majlis Anugerah Kecemerlangan Menteri Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan Tahun 2025 (AKM 2025) yang berlangsung di Hotel Majestic, Kuala Lumpur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anugerah telah disampaikan oleh YB Tuan Nga Kor Ming, Menteri Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan.
