{"id":120476,"date":"2026-01-15T08:50:51","date_gmt":"2026-01-15T00:50:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pbt.kedah.gov.my\/?p=120476"},"modified":"2026-03-04T12:23:12","modified_gmt":"2026-03-04T04:23:12","slug":"majlis-ucapan-tahun-baharu-2026-majlis-daerah-yan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pbt.kedah.gov.my\/index.php\/2026\/01\/15\/majlis-ucapan-tahun-baharu-2026-majlis-daerah-yan\/","title":{"rendered":"MAJLIS UCAPAN TAHUN BAHARU 2026 MAJLIS DAERAH YAN"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc09\ud835\udc0b\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc12 \ud835\udc0f\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc18\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc0f\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc0d \ud835\udc14\ud835\udc02\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc0f\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc0d \ud835\udc13\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc07\ud835\udc14\ud835\udc0d \ud835\udc01\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc07\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc11\ud835\udc14 \ud835\udfd0\ud835\udfce\ud835\udfd0\ud835\udfd4 \ud835\udc03\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc0d \ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc09\ud835\udc0b\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc12 \ud835\udc08\ud835\udc0a\ud835\udc11\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc11 \ud835\udc01\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc01\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc12 \ud835\udc11\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc12\ud835\udc14\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc07 (\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc01\ud835\udc11) <br><br>Majlis Daerah Yan telah berjaya menganjurkan Majlis Penyampaian Ucapan Tahun Baharu 2026 dan Majlis Ikrar Bebas Rasuah (IBR) yang telah berlangsung pada 14 Januari 2026 (Rabu) bertempat di Dewan Dato\u2019 Madi Yan dengan lancar dan penuh tertib.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Yasin dan doa sebagai pembuka majlis bagi memohon keberkatan serta kelancaran urusan sepanjang tahun 2026, sebelum diteruskan dengan ketibaan Yang Dipertua Majlis Daerah Yan, Puan Hajah Maznim binti Ismail, AMK., BCK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seterusnya, Yang Dipertua telah menyampaikan amanat Tahun Baharu 2026 kepada seluruh warga kerja Majlis Daerah Yan dengan penekanan terhadap pengukuhan tadbir urus, pemantapan budaya integriti serta peningkatan kualiti penyampaian perkhidmatan awam yang cekap, telus dan berfokuskan kesejahteraan rakyat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelaksanaan Majlis Ikrar Bebas Rasuah (IBR) pula mencerminkan iltizam dan komitmen berterusan Majlis Daerah Yan dalam membudayakan nilai integriti dan akauntabiliti, sekali gus menolak sebarang bentuk salah laku dan amalan rasuah dalam perkhidmatan awam. Ikrar ini menjadi simbol kesepakatan dan komitmen bersama seluruh warga kerja dalam mendukung prinsip tadbir urus yang baik dan beretika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Majlis ini diharapkan dapat menjadi pemangkin kepada kecemerlangan organisasi sepanjang tahun 2026, sejajar dengan aspirasi Majlis Daerah Yan untuk terus melangkah ke hadapan sebagai sebuah pihak berkuasa tempatan yang progresif, berintegriti dan
