Mesyuarat ini telah dipengerusikan oleh Yang Dipertua Majlis Daerah Yan, Puan Hajah Maznim Binti Ismail dan disertai oleh Jabatan Landskap Negara selaku penyedia Pelan Induk Landskap, Perunding Cloustan Design Sdn. Bhd. selaku pasukan pakar pengkaji, Puan Rizawati Binti Mohamad dari Bahagian Perancang Ekonomi Negeri Kedah, wakil dari Bahagian Kerajaan Tempatan serta wakil-wakil jabatan dan agensi berkaitan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mesyuarat ini berperanan sebagai platform strategik bagi pengesahan data setiap jabatan serta membincangkan dan memperhalusi input teknikal berkaitan kajian pelan induk landskap, selain memastikan perancangan yang dirangka selari dengan keperluan pembangunan setempat, elemen kelestarian alam sekitar serta aspirasi pembangunan mampan Daerah Yan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diharapkan segala keputusan dan resolusi yang dicapai melalui mesyuarat ini dapat diterjemahkan secara berkesan dalam pelaksanaan inisiatif landskap yang lebih tersusun dan berimpak tinggi, seterusnya menyumbang ke arah peningkatan kualiti persekitaran serta kesejahteraan komuniti setempat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default
