Operasi ini dilaksanakan bagi memastikan tahap kebersihan, keselamatan makanan serta pematuhan terhadap syarat-syarat yang telah ditetapkan sentiasa berada pada tahap yang memuaskan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Operasi berkenaan melibatkan kerjasama strategik Jabatan Kesihatan Daerah Yan, Jabatan Kesihatan dan Persekitaran Majlis Daerah Yan, Jabatan Penilaian dan Pengurusan Harta Majlis Daerah Yan, serta Jabatan Penguatkuasaan Majlis Daerah Yan. Pemeriksaan yang dijalankan merangkumi aspek kebersihan penyediaan makanan, kebersihan persekitaran premis, pengurusan fasiliti MyKiosk serta pematuhan lesen dan peraturan berkaitan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelaksanaan operasi ini mencerminkan komitmen berterusan Majlis Daerah Yan dalam memperkukuhkan tadbir urus premis perniagaan makanan serta memastikan persekitaran yang
