Majlis Bandaraya Alor Setar (MBAS) telah melaksanakan satu Operasi Penguatkuasaan Bersepadu ke atas sebuah premis kilang membancuh simen dan konkrit di Hutan Kampung susulan aduan awam berkaitan pencemaran habuk, bunyi bising, getaran serta isu keselamatan yang memberi kesan kepada penduduk sekitar.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Hasil pemeriksaan mendapati premis berkenaan menjalankan aktiviti tanpa kelulusan yang sewajarnya. Sehubungan itu, MBAS telah menguatkuasakan Notis Penutupan Sementara di bawah Seksyen 101(v), Akta Kerajaan Tempatan 1976 (Akta 171) serta mengarahkan semua aktiviti operasi dihentikan serta-merta bermula 4 Jun 2026 sehingga mendapat kebenaran pihak berkuasa.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Operasi ini dilaksanakan secara bersepadu dengan kerjasama pelbagai agensi iaitu Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM), Pejabat Kesihatan Daerah (PKD), Jabatan Alam Sekitar (JAS), Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) dan Syarikat Air Darul Aman (SADA).<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">MBAS akan terus komited mengambil tindakan tegas terhadap mana-mana pihak yang gagal mematuhi peruntukan undang-undang demi memastikan kesejahteraan, keselamatan dan kualiti hidup warga bandar raya Alor Setar sentiasa
