Ghani, AMK., AMN., BCK. ini telah diadakan pada jam 10.00 pagi bertempat di Bilik Gerakan, Pejabat Daerah dan Tanah Yan, Yan, Kedah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mesyuarat dimulakan dengan aluan Tuan YDP Pengerusi dan disusuli dengan 3 pembentangan :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Pembentangan pertama berkaitan Agenda Bandar Pintar Negara 2040 oleh En Mawardi bin Said dari Unit Satelit Bandar Pintar Zon Utara, Pejabat Projek Zon Utara yang merumuskan dasar-dasar di peringkat nasional, pencapaian penarafan bandar pintar bagi negeri dan pihak berkuasa tempatan zon utara serta kriteria 4 peringkat penarafan bandar pintar. Perincian pembentangan difokuskan kepada kriteria peringkat 1 iaitu Smart City Early Adopter iaitu selaras dengan peringkat yang sedang diusahakan oleh MDY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. \u2060Pembentangan kedua berkaitan Blueprint Bandar Pintar Negeri Kedah oleh Puan Wirda Asmat dari Unit Projek Khas, Jabatan Perancangan Bandar Dan Desa Negeri Kedah (PLANMalaysia Kedah) yang merumuskan dasar-dasar di peringkat negeri termasuk perincian strategi, inisiatif serta cadangan projek dan program mengikut 7 komponen bandar pintar yg digariskan iaitu Smart Government, Smart Economy, Smart People, Smart Living, Smart Environment, Smart Mobility dan Smart Digital Infra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. \u2060Pembentangan terakhir berkaitan Kriteria Penarafan Bandar Pintar : Smart City Early Adopter oleh TPr Roslizawati binti Ibrahim dari Jabatan Perancangan Bandar dan Landskap, Majlis Daerah Yan yang merumuskan kesiapsiagaan MDY bagi persediaan permohonan penarafan bandar pintar peringkat pertama Smart City Early Adopter. Pembentangan melibatkan inisiatif yang dilaksanakan mengikut ketetapan kriteria K1, K2, K3 dan K4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mesyuarat turut membincang dan mengesyorkan pandangan khusus berkaitan inisiatif serta pembuktian yang perlu dibuat penambahbaikan bagi mengukuhkan lagi inisiatif yang telah dilaksanakan. Mesyuarat kemudiannya diteruskan dengan agenda hal-hal lain dan diakhiri dengan ucapan penangguhan oleh Tuan YDP Pengerusi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turut hadir dalam mesyuarat ini ialah Tuan Setiausa MDY En Mohamad Izwan bin Dato\u2019 Paduka Omar, ketua-ketua jabatan\/unit dan bahagian dalaman MDY selaku ahli jawatankuasa serta wakil-wakil jabatan\/agensi selaku rakan strategik yang
