2026 &#8211; Unit Iklan, Bahagian Pelesenan, Jabatan Kesihatan Persekitaran dengan kerjasama Bahagian Landskap, MBAS telah menjalankan Operasi Penguatkuasaan Papan Iklan Luar (Billboard) bagi memastikan pematuhan terhadap peraturan dan syarat pelesenan yang ditetapkan.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">Hasil pemeriksaan mendapati terdapat papan iklan yang masih beroperasi tanpa lesen yang sah walaupun notis peringatan telah dikeluarkan kepada pemilik dan tempoh 7 hari telah diberikan bagi tujuan pematuhan.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Sehubungan itu, tindakan penguatkuasaan telah diambil dengan menampal Notis \u201cIKLAN TANPA LESEN\u201d pada visual papan iklan berkenaan sebagai makluman kepada orang awam serta peringatan kepada pemilik untuk mengambil tindakan sewajarnya.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Pemilik papan iklan yang menerima notis berkenaan adalah diminta untuk mengambil tindakan segera bagi memastikan pematuhan terhadap keperluan pelesenan yang ditetapkan oleh pihak berkuasa tempatan.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Kerjasama dan perhatian daripada semua pihak amat dihargai dalam usaha memastikan pemasangan serta pengoperasian papan
