BHD.<\/strong><\/p><p>Majlis Menandatangani Perjanjian Tambahan Kepada Projek Usahasama Pembangunan Oleh Majlis Daerah Bandar Baharu Dan Kedah Holdings Sdn. Bhd. bagi Menjalankan Projek Usahasama Membangunkan Projek Di Atas Tanah H.S(D) 1814, Lot 29 Sekyen 8, Bandar Serdang, Daerah Bandar Baharu, Negeri Kedah oleh Yang Dipertua Majlis Daerah Bandar Baharu, Tuan Mohamad Subhi bin Abdullah, AMK., BCK., disaksikan oleh Setiausaha Majlis Daerah Bandar Baharu, Encik Muhammad Afnan bin Mohd Roze dan Ahli Majlis, Majlis Daerah Bandar Baharu, Encik Ossman bin Hamid.<\/p><p>Manakala pihak Kedah Holdings Sdn. Bhd. pula ditandatangani oleh Encik Zawawi bin Wahab dan disaksikan oleh Encik Mohamad Sohaimi bin Mohammad Yusoff.<\/p><p>Komponen Projek tersebut merangkumi 11 Unit Kedai Pejabat Dua Tingkat, 13 Unit Rumah Teres Dua Tingkat, 36 Unit Rumah Teres Satu Tingkat (Jenis A), 3 Unit Rumah Teres Satu Tingkat (Jenis , 5 Unit Rumah Teres Satu Tingkat (Jenis C), 34 Unit Rumah Berkembar Satu Tingkat, 2 Unit Rumah Sesebuah Satu Tingkat, 8 Unit Rumah Makmur Kedah Teres Satu Tingkat, 5 Unit Rumah Aman Kedah Teres Satu Tingkat Dan 26 Unit Rumah Kasih Rakyat Teres Satu Tingkat.<\/p><p>Turut hadir bersama ialah Ketua-Ketua Bahagian Majlis Daerah Bandar Baharu sebagai pemerhati semasa Majlis tersebut
