\ud835\udfd0\ud835\udfce\ud835\udfd0\ud835\udfd1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mesyuarat &#8211; mesyuarat ini dipengerusikan oleh Yang Dipertua Majlis Daerah Yan, Tuan Mohamad Subhi bin Abdullah, AMK., BCK., bermula jam 10.00 pagi bertempat di Bilik Gerakan, Pejabat Daerah dan Tanah Yan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mesyuarat dimulakan dengan aluan Tuan YDP Pengerusi dan disusuli dengan pengesahan Minit-minit Mesyuarat-mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Tetap MDY Bilangan 5 Tahun 2023 yang diadakan pada 16 Mei 2023 lalu.Mesyuarat kemudiannya diteruskan dengan laporan maklum balas perkara berbangkit dari minit &#8211; minit Mesyuarat &#8211; Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Tetap tersebut, pembentangan dan pertimbangan perkara &#8211; perkara baharu melibatkan beberapa kertas kerja dan laporan bulanan oleh setiap jabatan \/ unit MDY bagi bulan Mei 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agenda Mesyuarat kemudiannya disusuli dengan hal &#8211; hal lain dan diakhiri dengan ucapan penangguhan oleh Tuan YDP Pengerusi.Turut hadir dalam mesyuarat &#8211; mesyuarat ini ialah Tuan Setiausaha, Ahli-Ahli Majlis (Politik dan Ex officio), Ketua-Ketua Jabatan \/ Unit dan para urus setia Majlis Daerah Yan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
