\ud835\udfd0\ud835\udfce\ud835\udfd0\ud835\udfd1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mesyuarat Majlis Penuh Majlis Daerah Yan Bilangan 8 Tahun 2023 ini dipengerusikan oleh Tuan Yang Dipertua Majlis Daerah Yan, Tuan Mohamad Subhi Bin Abdullah, AMK., BCK. pada jam 3.00 petang bertempat di Bilik Gerakan Pejabat Daerah dan Tanah Yan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agenda Mesyuarat Majlis Penuh ini dimulakan dengan Majlis Mengangkat Sumpah Pelantikan Baharu Ahli Majlis, Majlis Daerah Yan Bagi Penggal Oktober 2023 sehingga Disember 2025 seramai 21 orang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agenda kemudiannya diteruskan dengan aluan Tuan Yang Dipertua Pengerusi dan disusuli dengan Agenda Mengesah dan Meluluskan Minit Mesyuarat Majlis Penuh Bilangan 7 Tahun 2023 bertarikh 27 Jun 2023 lalu serta laporan maklum balas perkara \u2013 perkara berbangkit dari Minit Mesyuarat tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agenda Mesyuarat kemudiannya diteruskan dengan menerima ketetapan Minit \u2013 Minit Jawatankuasa OSC MDY Bilangan 8 Tahun 2023 yang bertarikh 28 Ogos 2023 dan Bilangan 9 Tahun 2023 pada 20 September 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agenda Mesyuarat kemudiannya diteruskan dengan pembentangan kertas-kertas makluman dan kerja serta pelaporan untuk pertimbangan Majlis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mesyuarat kemudiannya diteruskan dengan sesi bergambar bersama semua Ahli Majlis Daerah Yan bagi sesi Oktober 2023 hingga Disember 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turut hadir dalam mesyuarat ini ialah Tuan Setiausaha, Ahli-ahli Majlis MDY (politik dan ex-officio), Ketua-Ketua Jabatan \/ Unit MDY dan urus setia mesyuarat yang terlibat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tuan YDP Pengerusi turut merakamkan ucapan terima kasih kepada semua ahli mesyuarat yang hadir di atas komitmen tinggi dan kerjasama padu yang diberikan sepanjang mesyuarat berlangsung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, beliau turut merakamkan setinggi-tinggi penghargaan dan ucapan terima kasih kepada semua Ahli Majlis (Politik dan ex Officio) atas segala khidmat bakti, jasa dan sumbangan cemerlang serta kerjasama yang diberikan kepada Daerah Yan dan MDY sepanjang Tuan Pengerusi Berkhidmat di Daerah Yan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mesyuarat Majlis Penuh pada hari ini merupakan Mesyuarat terakhir sebelum Tuan Pengerusi bertugas di tempat
