(\ud835\udde0\ud835\uddd7\ud835\uddec)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mesyuarat JPKA Bagi Suku Ketiga Tahun 2023 MDY ini dipengerusikan oleh Yang Dipertua Majlis Daerah Yan, Puan Maznim binti Ismail, AMK., BCK., bertempat di Bilik Gerakan, Pejabat Daerah dan Tanah Yan bermula jam 4.30 petang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mesyuarat dimulakan dengan ucapan aluan oleh Puan Pengerusi dan disusuli dengan pengesahan Minit Mesyuarat JPKA Bagi Suku Kedua Tahun 2023 MDY bertarikh 28 Ogos 2023 yang lalu serta laporan maklumbalas perkara &#8211; perkara berbangkit dari Minit Mesyuarat tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mesyuarat diteruskan dengan Laporan Pengurusan Belanjawan, Pengurusan Akaun Belum Terima, Pengurusan Bayaran Pendahuluan, Pengurusan Kumpulan Wang Amanah Kerajaan Dan Akaun Amanah Awam, Perakaunan Pengurusan, Pengurusan Perolehan, Pengurusan Aset dan Stor keseluruhannya sehingga 30 September 2023 serta Langkah &#8211; Langkah Penjimatan Majlis Daerah Yan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laporan-laporan JKPA Bagi Suku Ketiga Tahun 2023 yang dibentangkan termasuklah Laporan Peruntukan Dan Perbelanjaan Bagi Aset Alih, Aset Hidup, Aset Tak Ketara Dan Stok, Laporan Kedudukan Semasa Aset, Laporan Kedudukan Semasa Stok, Laporan Pemeriksaan Aset, Laporan Penyelenggaraan \/ Rawatan Dan Penjagaan Aset, Laporan Pindahan Aset, Laporan Pelupusan Aset, Laporan Hapus Kira Aset serta Langkah &#8211; langkah Penjimatan oleh MDY dan hal &#8211; hal lain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turut hadir dalam mesyuarat ialah Penolong Akauntan MDY, Ketua-Ketua \/ wakil Jabatan \/ Unit MDY serta urus setia Jawatankuasa Pengurusan Kewangan dan
