Majlis dimulakan dengan Majlis Menerima Perlantikan Tuan Haji Zubir bin Haji Ramli sebagai Ahli Majlis, Majlis Daerah Yan bagi Penggal Oktober 2023- Disember 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Majlis diteruskan dengan Mesyuarat Majlis Penuh Majlis Daerah Yan Bilangan 2 Tahun 2024 yang dipengerusikan oleh Puan Yang Dipertua Majlis Daerah Yan, Puan Maznim binti Ismail, AMK., BCK. pada jam 3.30 petang bertempat di Bilik Seminar Gunung Raya, The Jerai Hill Resort, Gurun Kedah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Agenda Mesyuarat Majlis Penuh ini dimulakan dengan aluan Puan Yang Dipertua Pengerusi dan disusuli dengan Agenda Mengesah dan Meluluskan Minit Mesyuarat Majlis Penuh Bilangan 1 Tahun 2024 bertarikh 31 Januari 2024 lalu serta laporan maklum balas perkara \u2013 perkara berbangkit dari Minit Mesyuarat tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Agenda Mesyuarat kemudiannya diteruskan dengan menerima ketetapan Minit Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Pusat Setempat (OSC) dan Minit Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Kecil Majlis Daerah Yan<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Agenda Mesyuarat kemudiannya diteruskan dengan pembentangan kertas-kertas makluman dan kertas kerja serta pelaporan untuk pertimbangan Majlis oleh jabatan \/ unit MDY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Agenda Mesyuarat kemudiannya disusuli dengan hal – hal lain dan diakhiri dengan ucapan penangguhan oleh Puan YDP Pengerusi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Turut hadir dalam mesyuarat ini ialah Tuan Setiausaha, Ahli-ahli Majlis MDY (politik dan ex-officio), Ketua-Ketua Jabatan \/ Unit MDY dan urus setia mesyuarat yang terlibat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Puan YDP Pengerusi turut merakamkan ucapan terima kasih kepada semua ahli mesyuarat yang hadir di atas komitmen tinggi dan kerjasama padu yang diberikan sepanjang mesyuarat berlangsung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
